There are so many parts that need to be kept local or kept cloud it would be nice to use the check boxes to select which ones to keep cloud or keep local or a select all.

Hey Grayson, totally agree and this is actually currently in the works. Will notify here when its live.

P.S. Have you tried the new CAD Comparison yet? We're currently integrating that into conflict resolution as well :)
