Having a similar issue but no window appears at all when I attempt to open the application. After ending every instance of wikifactory in the task manager wikifactory opens as normal. I'm on windows 10.

Marcus Decker what version of the app are you running? Assume on first open it works? Can you confirm that re-opening the app via systems tray is also not working?

Hi everyone, sorry I missed this. Been having subscription issues with canny that went unnoticed until now, and did not see any new posts.
Can I check whether this is still happening for you? If yes, the next time this happens could you try opening Wikifactory via the Windows systems tray in the bottom right corner?
This has worked for some customers, and if it that works for you as well, we have a clue.

Max Kampik Opening from the systems tray is working for us!

Max Kampik The system tray has been working for us too (the little arrow [ ^ ] on the bottom right of your screen). Looks like Wikifactory was running in the background.
This solves another issue where Wikifactory will open for a 1/10th of a second before closing. It was running in the background the whole time. using the system tray fixes this issue.

Same issue for me on Windows 11. Started a couple days ago. Closing all wikifactory background processes in task manager and then opening seems to work.

After using task manager to close the app that helps but this is a constant problem for me too.

I am having the same issue on Windows 11. Running as administrator does not fix the issue. Closing and reopening the program also does not fix the issue. Restarting the computer does not fix the issue.
UPDATE: Opening Wikifactory in the browser still works. The application doesn't work, even after getting it to work on the browser.
