Hi Steven Drummond sorry I missed this. Been having subscription issues with canny that went unnoticed until now, and did not see any new posts.

I assume this has been resolved, since when we last spoke a few weeks ago this did not come up? Just do double check.

I am still having this issue nearly 2 weeks later. I cannot access any of the cloud files. The program crashes immediately, even after a reinstall i am still having these issues.

Once it crashes i can no longer open the app without restarting my PC
