Hey Andy, we've got an improvement going out later today hopefully that indicates on all files whether it is 1) queued for upload, 2) uploading or 3) finished uploading - which should help with this in the short term.

We'll also look into making all columns in Local Changes and Local Drive sortable and get back to you.
