Project automatically disconnected from local folder, unable to reconnect

I uploaded several Projects a few days ago, and all successfully synced to a local folder. At some point, either after a computer restart or app update, every project was disconnected from the local folder.
I am also now unable to reconnect any Projects to a local folder, either to the original folder or to a new folder in a totally different location.

I've just been informed by the dev team that another possible solution might be uninstalling and re-installing the app. Separately we'll work on a fix that catches failed connection attempts.

Hi Dave Mitchell, thanks for reporting this. Could you try manually disconnecting the projects? From Project > Settings > File Sync > Local Files Synchronization?
Separately, could you check if you're running version 0.1.8? If so, this release included a fix to properly hide the .wikifactory folder that gets added to connected project folders. Its could be the case that because of this you now have two .wikifactory folders (one hidden, one not). Could you please check if that's the case and report back?
Thanks!

Hi Max Kampik: Thanks for getting back to me.
We have been selecting yes for all update prompts, of which there has been quite a few, but we're apparently still on 0.0.2.
We also don't have the option you have suggested, under Projects > Settings we only have Member Privileges, and General. Guessing this is something that has been added in one of the updates. If you could provide a link to the latest version, that would be great.
Thanks,
Dave
