Desktop Application Refuses To Load

The desktop application will open, but will not load beyond a white screen. App will not load after 20+ minutes. This issue has been replicated on multiple devices and accounts (Roughly 25+ users). Issue occurs when opening the desktop app, either through the website after clicking "Connect" or when opened directly off of the taskbar or desktop icon. Issue is very inconsistent, and will work on accounts and devices on some days and not work on other days.

Same issue here - Will not load past the white screen, tried a restart and same issue continues.

Actually when I "reload" in the top left everything shows up again but would not appear when I first boot the app

Also, what version of the Desktop app are you running? You can find this from the built in Windows Menu across the top.

Could you guys send me your team name? Here are a couple of questions that help us to debug this situlation:
- Does clicking View -> Force Reload fix the problem of the white screen
- Do you guys experience any issues when using wikifactory.com on that project

Clicking View -> Force Reload and then re-logging in does fix the issue of the white screen!
As far as project issues, there are none that I am aware of that haven't been submitted as a bug or usability post.

Tech Director: Got it, I will look into the issue, and come up with a fix. Also our latest version of the windows client is 0.1.11, think it is definitely worthy to update that since we have a lot fixes and improvements we have made
