‘Delete Project’ must be admin only. Even then it makes me nervous, as we would probably use one main project - stuff we would want to keep for decades.

I see the utility when getting a team going and figuring project structure. I'm thinking about ways to have it all... Maybe an "Establish Project" button, and then it would no longer be deletable. If you want to remove an Established project you'd have to send a support ticket to Wikifactory.
